Register As New User

Please register for your Guardian user account by entering your personal information in the fields to the right.

IMPORTANT: If you have previously fingerprinted for a state licensed community care facility and/or TrustLine, please enter your Social Security Number and/or Background Check ID Number correctly to connect all information appropriately. If both are left blank, a duplicate profile may be created which will cause a delay in processing your background check.

If you are renewing your Home Care Aide Registration, you can find your Background Check ID on the Renewal Notice letter.

After submitting all required information, you will be emailed a temporary password to the email account you have provided. You will then be instructed to log in with your email as your username and the temporary password emailed to you.
